Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

ELLE-GANCE currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping costs $8 for orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping transit is estimated at 5–8 business days after your order ships. This is in addition to our 1–3 business day processing time. Express shipping is not currently available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact ELLE-GANCE customer service with your order number and relevant photos or information so we can assist you.
